This is the first time that I've had anybody at a post office be rude. No less than three different employees were incredibly rude to both myself and another delivery driver who arrived at the same time. Professionalism does not exist here.
- AAAriMar 5, 20261.0Several reports and police reports have been made about Mail being stolen all over marysville and the Marysville Post office doesn’t give a damn. It’ll cost them way too much money to change out the locks so they’ll just send out a letter telling people to be aware… Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional.
- RRRajJan 21, 20261.0This post office is a complete mess. I lose at least one package every couple months, and there is zero accountability or follow-up when it happens. Tracking goes nowhere, inquiries lead nowhere, and the same problems keep happening over and over. To make matters worse, the master mailbox key has supposedly been “lost”. Because of that, several nights a week someone comes around 3 AM and empties the mailboxes. This isn’t a rare incident — it’s a recurring, well-known issue that still hasn’t been properly fixed. Mail theft, lost packages, and constant excuses seem to be the norm here. This is basic mail security and reliability, and this location fails at both. I have zero confidence that anything I ship or receive through this post office will actually make it safely to its destination.

I have great penmanship as well as using printed return address stickers, I spent a lot of money custom printing those, but the postal service in Marysville is so unreliable. There is a sign on our door clearly stating we have animals and we will not answer, so what does the mail man do? He rings the door bell endlessly and ignores our sign. Our mail is always late if not missing and it's shocking how unreliable the US Postal Service is. I hope Amazon starts delivering mail because the post office and the mail men and Women are so unreliable.
