- MHMary HeidtJan 7, 20261.0BUYER BEWARE. I was in this store on 1/5/26 to ship a "perishable" 13 lb package to the east coast. Was given multiple options and decided on doing the 2 day delivery BY 130p ET on 1/7/26 and was advised not once, but twice that if delivery is not made by this time I would be refunded the cost of shipping....$278.00. As mentioned, I had multiple options with variable costs....certainly glad I didn't take the most expensive option. I am now advised by in store manager, Hannah and Fed Ex Customer service that getting a refund is NOT an option. I was advised that this is noted on their website (which it is not) and reiterated I did not use their website to ship for the very reason I needed verbal assurance it would ship on time. Great customer service means standing by your WORD!!!!! This is not happening!!!! The gentleman who helped me was exceptional and he assured me after I asked 2x about time of delivery that I WOULD be refunded if it did not arrive. Still waiting on arrival!!! There have not been weather delays or other indications that they state could affect delivery times. I work in customer service and if I state something that I can not stand behind then it is rectified accordingly, no questions. Do NOT pay for a service that guarantees a specific delivery time as if it does not happen there is NOTHING they will do but keep your hard earned money.
