  I had passport photos taken at this location. When I went to the US passport office in Seattle, the photos were rejected for being cropped incorrectly. Fixing this UPS store's mistake cost me $30 and wasted 2 hours of my time. To management: please buy a $5 overlay tool so you can verify photos are correct.

  Can someone please open up another location whatever they did to make the store even smaller now it’s like a jail cell. Every time I go there there’s a huge line that takes forever.
