- THTonya HarlanDec 30, 20252.0Another incredibly disappointing experience at this location. I asked for instructions and was met with disinterest and then attitude. I have yet to have a good customer experience at this location. If you dislike your job so much, one should go do something else.

I had someone send me a package, when I review my text messages I realized I forgot to tell them my apt number. I tell the person at the counter that and then he proceeds to try figure out why the tracking message said "insufficient address". I tell him again why and he still tries to play detective. Then he tells me "I'm waiting for you to admit fault". EXCUSE ME??? I never blamed them. I even stated what went wrong. I looked at him dumbfounded and I wish I had a snarky come back but I didn't. Don't waste your time here asking for help.

I also usually never have to wait more than 10 minutes and the line is generally short (though likely depending on when you go), but I've always had a good experience and fast service compared to my visits to other post offices.
