- SPSusan PhamJul 23, 20251.0Customer service was completely foul. I came in hoping my package would be there. I had someone send me a package, when I review my text messages I realized I forgot to tell them my apt number. I tell the person at the counter that and then he proceeds to try figure out why the tracking message said "insufficient address". I tell him again why and he still tries to play detective. Then he tells me "I'm waiting for you to admit fault". EXCUSE ME??? I never blamed them. I even stated what went wrong. I looked at him dumbfounded and I wish I had a snarky come back but I didn't. Don't waste your time here asking for help.

I grew up in Maple Valley and during my teenage years is when eBay became a thing. I was here 2-3 times a week shipping stuff off. The whole staff knew me, so much so that after I moved out of state (9 years ago) my first time back (2 years after moving) I walked in and was greeted with “you’re back!” - I had assumed they long forgot me by that time. Great memories!
