There was a $10 T-shirt inside and they wanted almost $40. It was 37 and some change to mail this to Oregon. The guy told me well. You can always go to the post office. Which is exactly what I did and it cost me $10 to mail it you guys need to not try and scam people by charging triple of what the post office does because other than return Amazon items I will never use your store to mail packages.

The line is always extremely long, the place is a mess, and I’ve had several times when I get up there for an Amazon return where they tell me that they won’t be able to return it because either the item needs to be in another box even when it’s already in a box or they can’t figure out how to package them to send it off. If Amazon continues to work with UPS, they need to figure out a better system

When they are actually there, they spend more time texting and laughing at their phones than actually helping customers. No one ever has a sense of urgency. Have had stuff printed and/or cut here before and they put in zero effort, cutting like a small child at the pace of someone 100 years old.
