- MMM. M.May 14, 20251.0ALL THREE IN MAPLE VALLEY, WA are dead. They obviously don’t maintain the machines, and when I called today, after trying to refill 10 gallon bottles had to wait 22 m for an answer only to get transferred. I called 2 mos ago for refund of 7.25 which I never received, and today 2.50. The machine looked like it was working, but as soon as I put in 2.50 for 5 gallons it went dead. So I’ve been ripped off nearly 10$ and the girl today told me she could only refund me 2.50. Never mind the previous refund which never arrived. QUESTION: IF THEY CANT MAINTAIN THE MACHINES OPERATING SYSTEM, HOW OFTEN ARE FILTERS BEING CLEANED? THEY ARE NOT CLEANING FILTERS AND NO MAINTENANCE. WHEN I QUESTIONED THE GIRL SHE “WENT AWAY” AND I GOT A SURVEY QUESTION. GO FIGURE.
