  RE packages and Amazon. Ok, sure there seems to be a bit of confusion at times BUT... If you use Deming they will immediately return your package to the sender AFTER you get a delivery notice. Amazon is now using delivery vans for the Glacier area BUT, they do not have gate card to the 3 community's with gates. The drivers need to be let in by the person receiving the package or they just sit there and ask people. The drivers are great but they are usually different people, so even if upper Amazon management got their free gate cards they most likely would not get them to the driver. Glacier or Maple Falls is still the best bet for actually getting packages. UPS and Fed ex have the same drivers, with cards in their vehicles and have no issues. Be kind, the system is a bit broken and overloaded.

  MAPLE FALLS UNITED STATES POST OFFICE: 2 of my main issues are, 1: almost every single one of our packages appear to be tampered with as if someone wanted to see if there something in there worth a significant value. Ive been video & photo documenting this. 2: when im waiting at home for a packages that i know needs a signature & they DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CONTACT ME TO LET ME SIGN FOR THE PACKAGE. Instead They put a slip in the mail box that says they attempted to deliver, even though they did not because ive been here all day waiting for the package. & the slip say now i have to drive all the way to post office and pick up the package i waited here all day for that says they attempted to deliver when they did not. We'll see if this package looks tampered with tomorrow. 2 other things actually 1: ive had packages say delivered and it was delivered to the wrong house. I had to go track down the house and retrieve our package/mail. 2: people that are delivering mail & packages are using their personal vehicles. This seem odd to me. Ill add photos of the tampered with packages later ill have to find them all.

  I’ve had several occurrences where my wife or myself have orders things and there’s been NUMEROUS times I get a notification that my package is out for delivery then minutes later another one saying the package couldn’t be delivered because of some excuse. If it’s not a tiny package on a perfect sunny day the delivery driver won’t even get out the car. I have it all on camera and it sucks to know someone’s driving around with my stuff all day lying about delivering it while I’m busy working a full time job all week that has me 50+ miles away from the building they’re gonna be so generous and hold it for me at. Not to mention the mail for someone else’s house entirely that gets left on the ground infront of my mailbox I then have to go return. So who’s the real mailman here because you suck sir. Terrible customer service if I could leave a more vulgar and lower star review I would. Thanks.

  Called in to find out why I had packages missing for days that said they couldn't be delivered, especially since I was home all day and no postal workers had attempted a delivery. The new (and very rude) postmaster had the audacity to say "Maybe packages would show up on time if people around here didn't order so much from Amazon." This was not funny, is absolutely ridiculous, and is a disgusting way to approach one's job. I feel sorry for anyone that has to work for this lady. In case she's reading this ever; Maybe packages would show up on time if our post office was managed by someone even partially competent in their job. The delivery people are clearly trying their best and are being managed by someone with serious issues with work ethic.
