- RPRide PNWNov 6, 20254.0RE packages and Amazon. Ok, sure there seems to be a bit of confusion at times BUT... If you use Deming they will immediately return your package to the sender AFTER you get a delivery notice. Amazon is now using delivery vans for the Glacier area BUT, they do not have gate card to the 3 community's with gates. The drivers need to be let in by the person receiving the package or they just sit there and ask people. The drivers are great but they are usually different people, so even if upper Amazon management got their free gate cards they most likely would not get them to the driver. Glacier or Maple Falls is still the best bet for actually getting packages. UPS and Fed ex have the same drivers, with cards in their vehicles and have no issues. Be kind, the system is a bit broken and overloaded.

- KTK TrushMay 28, 20251.0MAPLE FALLS UNITED STATES POST OFFICE: 2 of my main issues are, 1: almost every single one of our packages appear to be tampered with as if someone wanted to see if there something in there worth a significant value. Ive been video & photo documenting this. 2: when im waiting at home for a packages that i know needs a signature & they DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CONTACT ME TO LET ME SIGN FOR THE PACKAGE. Instead They put a slip in the mail box that says they attempted to deliver, even though they did not because ive been here all day waiting for the package. & the slip say now i have to drive all the way to post office and pick up the package i waited here all day for that says they attempted to deliver when they did not. We'll see if this package looks tampered with tomorrow. 2 other things actually 1: ive had packages say delivered and it was delivered to the wrong house. I had to go track down the house and retrieve our package/mail. 2: people that are delivering mail & packages are using their personal vehicles. This seem odd to me. Ill add photos of the tampered with packages later ill have to find them all.

I called Saturday morning while out of town, and the postmaster confirmed that I had indeed signed the slip and the package would be delivered. When I returned home Sunday afternoon, I received another slip stating I needed to sign for delivery AGAIN. I signed again, and left a note that said this was the second time I signed the slip. Monday evening after work, I find a passive-aggressive note that claims I never signed the first slip, and that my package was not in the mailbox. And this is just the most recent of many complaints I have with the Maple Falls post office.
- TGT GMar 26, 20191.0Never receive mail on Saturday anymore, she delivers when she feels like it. When I call, the man who answers the phone does nothing. Disability mailings are always opened, nothing has been done about this, so I have reported to authorities. Packages get delivered streets away,. Thank goodness for honest neighbors!
