- DDDawn Dibble6 days ago1.0Dozens and dozens of times carrier refuses to deliver packages that fit in my mailbox. Location of where package is scanned is recorded. Packages are first canned "out for delivery" so senderr notifies me package is arriving today. After next scan at post office sender emails apologies and attempted delivery/mailbox full or oversized package and promises delivery the next day. Never happens. Talks with Jim Biseglia, Postmaster, solve nothing. When I worked as a rural mail carrier this type of activity (deliberately failing to deliver packages) was a felony subject to jail time and fines. This doesn't include scanning false information to businesses about deliveries. Pretty sure this is not legal either. I routinely request companies I order products from to use alternative carriers.
