  I had a very tight timeline to pull together documents and print materials for a celebration of life for a loved one, and the team at The UPS Store truly came through for me. This event meant so much, and they treated it with the care and urgency it deserved. They were incredibly helpful in making sure everything looked just right—offering guidance, checking details, and turning things around quickly without sacrificing quality. On top of that, the pricing was very reasonable, especially given the last-minute nature of my request. I’m so grateful for their kindness, professionalism, and support during a difficult time. Highly recommend.

  I purchased some antique and very fragile items from District Auctions. After doing my due diligence and getting multiple quotes, I chose this UPS store to handle my packing and shipping needs. The three quite large Japanese antique pieces had to be packed for their long journey to Japan. I was given options to choose from and am glad that I was provided with options. They also stated that once they actually have the pieces in hand, if there are more options, they will let me know. I have to say that the care and expertise they took to carefully wrap and packed my pieces was superb. In my opinion, they wrapped and packed my items like it was their own family's heirloom. I'm EXTREMELY HAPPY with all aspects of their service. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them as your shipper of choice for packing and shipping very fragile antique items. Should I ever purchase anything again from an auction house in their area, I won't hesitate to patronize their services again. Thank you Karina and it certainly was a pleasure doing business with you!

  Visited the Mukilteo UPS location to ship some Amazon packages. I went to the counter for help and was told to use the self-service drop-off. I asked if she could help me and she said she was busy. Customer service shouldn’t be dismissed like that - very disappointing experience.

  Just got out of this store and has been going to this same location for many years. I am not happy about the service I got. Last time, I packed my box ready to ship, and they made me open the box to check, this time I let it open for convenience to check, with a small box of shoes box to send my book back. They charged me for 1 line close the box for service of $1.11 because of service packing. I mean really, I don’t mind paying but that” blonde hair youngster “did not want to work there possibly, I have been working in service for the last 22 years, when our store charge customers it needs to be resealable, as a owner I would not do something like this. I got out of store with frustration and rule my morning. I would not recommend anyone to do service of this place if you don’t want to have experience like me.
