  Worst customer service at this location! They have never been helpful every time I went to this place! They always found a way to refuse service. The last time I went there, I did a test print for a business card and after charging me a service fee plus for the test print, they refused to cut the one page business card! Then, I cancelled the entire package I was going to print and went somewhere else. I tried not give bad reviews for local businesses unless I get repeated bad service and this is one of them. I went a few time before and they found ways to not let me print there.

  Dropped an item off to ship with One Rate, provided the address where it needed to go. When the employee had me verify the address he entered, I told him the recipient phone number was incorrect (he had put random numbers) and the value was more than 100, he said that doesn't matter as long as address is correct. Guess who lost the package in transit and refuses to reimburse the actual value of the item. Nevermind the absolute headache to get in touch with FedEx corporate to get a claim started. (Contact me if you want the tracking number and want to make things right so I can revisit this review, but I doubt that even that bare minimum level of customer service is within the capabilities of a FedEx employee)

  Ibula was wonderful! The self scan wasn't working for us and Ibula noticed the problems we were having. She insisted on scanning our documents for us behind the counter. We really appreciated it!

  HORRENDOUSLY PRICED NO MATTER WHAT YOU NEED. Shipping is so pricey you might as well just buy a plane ticket to wherever you need something sent. Today I came in to fax some documents and they wanted $2.50 a page! There is no earthly reason to charge someone 65 dollars to send a packet of paperwork, especially considering it was self service. I asked the clerk if anywhere offered it cheaper because I was in a bind and she lied and told me there wasn't. I looked it up, not only is this blatantly false, as other stores charge like a dollar a page, and the library will do it for free.

  Thank you Kaysi for going the extra mile in helping me today!!! She worked hard to find me the most cost-effective way to safely ship 3 of my grandma's oil paintings out of state. This FedEx office has taken good care of me so many times over the years! From printing my wedding invitations, to printing business marketing resources on very short notice with same-day pickup, the team here has always given me and my company five-star service. Highly recommend!
