David was very kind and helpful. He made the space feel light and overall good vibes. Efficiently and to the point but KIND.

No one ever answers the phone. Packages are not scanned properly so no one knows where anything is, by far the worst post office I've ever been to. And with such unhelpful staff

I wish I can give 0 star. This place is horrible! The business is so run down and no one seems to take any responsibility or pride in what they do. Bunch of people looking for their next 15 min break. During my last visit today, after long wait time since there was only 1 person working so slowly while others were looking and walking in the back. I had returns with labels already created. I thought they seal it and put a tape on it like FedEx or UPS. But the lady said I had to buy a whole new tape just for that. The way she said just rubbed me the wrong way as they have no care for customers who’s waiting in the line and she said the need to sell. LOL, cmon now. Really you’re relying on selling $3.99 tape to survive? No wonder your store is going to shit. I watched her talk to the other customers as well and of course she don’t want to give me my receipt or show me the tracking info. I asked and she said it’s on there… I asked her to show me lol
USPS, do better! We all know what this is about and it ain’t about the tape. Do better and provide better customer service before you get closed down. Smdh.

Worst customer service set up ever. Don't know why I even bothered calling to talk to an automated service.
