I wish I can give 0 star. This place is horrible! The business is so run down and no one seems to take any responsibility or pride in what they do. Bunch of people looking for their next 15 min break. During my last visit today, after long wait time since there was only 1 person working so slowly while others were looking and walking in the back. I had returns with labels already created. I thought they seal it and put a tape on it like FedEx or UPS. But the lady said I had to buy a whole new tape just for that. The way she said just rubbed me the wrong way as they have no care for customers who’s waiting in the line and she said the need to sell. LOL, cmon now. Really you’re relying on selling $3.99 tape to survive? No wonder your store is going to shit. I watched her talk to the other customers as well and of course she don’t want to give me my receipt or show me the tracking info. I asked and she said it’s on there… I asked her to show me lol USPS, do better! We all know what this is about and it ain’t about the tape. Do better and provide better customer service before you get closed down. Smdh.

Worst customer service set up ever. Don't know why I even bothered calling to talk to an automated service.

On November 19, I mailed two packages through USPS to California. One package was delivered on December 1, but the second package was lost. On December 10, I went to a USPS office to ask about the missing package. I was told that no one knew where it was and that I needed to file a claim online. I followed these instructions exactly. When I tried to submit the claim online, the USPS website failed multiple times and showed an error each time. I was completely unable to complete the claim. The next day, I returned to the USPS office because the website states that a claim can also be filed in person. To my shock and frustration, I was told that USPS could not help me at all and that nothing could be done. I feel extremely disappointed and helpless. USPS lost my package, yet I am unable to request a refund either online or in person. I did everything I was told to do, but I keep hitting dead ends. This package was a gift for my parents, and its loss is very upsetting to me on a personal level. I trusted USPS to deliver something important to my family, and now I have no answers and no resolution. I am asking for immediate assistance and clear guidance on how this issue can be resolved.
