Beyond incompetent. I CERTIFIED mailed a letter to Lynnwood traffic court 19321 44th Ave W, and SOMEHOW it got returned to my house because it "cannot be delivered". This are some the highest paid with the best retirement benefits around. If you don't like your job, please quit, you're a burden to society.

I had a wonderful experience thanks to Christie at this post office. I needed to send important documents to the embassy, and she made the whole process completely stress-free. She is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely very sweet. Her kindness and professionalism truly made my day. Thank you, Christie!

Contrary to what is indicated on the USPS website, the lobby area with the self service kiosk is NOT accessible 24 hours at this location - they lock it an hour or two after regular business hours. You will need to go to the Edmonds location to drop off packages any time after that.

Terrible. If I could give zero stars, I would.
First, the whole place is falling apart and dirty.
• The parking lot had a pothole the size of a car for almost three years. They finally filled the hole but the rest of the parking lot is terrible with loose gravel all over the blacktop and trash.
• They NEVER cut the grass… I mean weeds. They are consistently 3 feet tall all year round and dead/brown until spring. You would honestly think this place was abandoned and dilapidated if it wasn’t for the steady flow of people trying to drop off their mail.
• The front door was shattered for literally months. Despite this location being extremely busy with hundreds of people walking in and out of the door, they chose to risk the glass falling out and leave it as is. Complete safety hazard to the public.
• HOW IS THE LOBBY NEVER OPEN?? To clarify, this location has two completely separate areas. One side has the mailbox area (that people PAY for), kiosk machine and boxes/envelopes for priority mail and the other side, which has a dedicated door that is lockable that has shipping supplies that you have to pay for as well as where the employees checkout customers. You cannot access the mailbox/kiosk area after business hours or on Sundays/Federal Holidays. Absolutely insane! I’ve NEVER seen a post office location do this, ever.
• The inside is disgusting. There is no cleaning that happens. The same dirt piles in the corners have existed since I moved here five years ago. I highly doubt that the inside tables and surfaces have ever been wiped down or sanitized in anyway. Wear some disposable gloves when you come!
Lastly the staff.
• One in particular is an older man that always sits at the very end at the big work area next to the passport door. He has zero customer service skills and is extremely rude.
• On my most recent visit, they somehow lost a package that was placed in the package bin by the staff at the counter. Tracking information shows no scan at the facility and no scans leaving the facility, despite me visually watching them place it there. Like… How? So they are either stealing mail or throwing it in the garbage because nothing else makes sense.
I avoid this place like the plague and would recommend you do the same.
