  Needed Christmas cards last minute and they delivered! In fact I received a quote and they completed the printing all in one day!! Very nice greeting when I dropped by to pickup and nice staff overall 😊 Great quality as well. Definitely coming back!

  I just fluid my first project with Minuteman Press. Communication was easy and they responded quickly as we did the prep for printing the project. They were great to work with and got my project done quickly. Good quality printing with nice color saturation. I will use them again!

  11/3/2025 - CEO, Software Development Firm. I recently worked with Minuteman Press in Lynnwood, WA (6715 210th), specifically with Josh, a designer, and Mitchie, the owner. My first project was a rush order for 16-pt stock business cards--simple front/back text with rounded corners. The quality was solid and the cards were well received, but it was a simple ask. They said marketing design was in their wheelhouse. I was apprehensive, but gave it a go. That's where things went off track. This Lynnwood branch provided an upfront quote, then tried to charge for additional design hours without noting we'd exceeded the minimum. I shared a draft of a 5×7 postcard and asked them to work their design magic with full creative license. What I got back was essentially the same piece: same images, same text, just shifted around. It looked poor, after $225 and no printing. The $225 design fee wasn't disclosed or approved in advance; I learned about it only when I went to approve the work, which I declined. The owner offered to fix it, but at additional design cost. They're nice people, but not qualified to offer these services. I paid the $225 and chalked it up to a lesson learned. When vendors don't take care of customers and focus only on one-off transactions, they don't deserve the customers who walk through their doors. I've worked in the Fortune 50 for more than 35 years, and it still amazes me when owners misunderstand that loyalty and repeat business are where the profits come from. I walked away empty handed, a trade show two days away and nothing to show for the efforts. I recommend staying in the tradition lanes of quality design and print houses. Lowell
