The transfer from Word on Mac didn’t come through correctly, and the job was missing information. The manager, Ray, stepped in and helped us fix everything. The final product turned out perfect—and they even re-did it at no charge. I’ve used this store many times and have never had a problem with their customer service. They consistently go above and beyond. I’ll definitely be coming back. Thanks for saving us!

So asked if there was anyone working the counter to wich a man (Ray the store manager) reply are you kidding me , can't you see everyone is busy. He came to the counter upset and rolling his eyes. If the store management is showing this example no wonder there are so many bad reviews.

There were 4 groups of people who were there at the same time as mine - and nobody could get their work done. How disappointing! Would avoid going there again. Please replace the lady who is annoyed most of the time. Such a disturbing experience that I can’t forget . Don’t ruin your day by going there people. FedEx please replace that annoying lady - colored hair , young and not trained at all.
