  The two guys behind the counter were knocking it out of the park!! Even tho the line was long they handled each customer with grace and kindness, no matter how many eyes were staring at them. With easy things like Amazon return it took seconds for them to help me.

  This location is usually very good and very friendly and helpful, but one CSR was a little rude, but I chalked it up to being Friday afternoon. I was returning an Amazon package I received last night, and I put in to return it this morning. The Amazon instructions were to package it in its ORIGINAL PACKAGE. The CSR said that the package looked rough and that I'd be risking it to breakage. I told the CSR that it was the original package it came in, LAST NIGHT. He said that he understood but that I was risking it being damaged. I told him the contents were a plastic container, and it arrived cracked and broken anyway. He said he understood but I would be risking the box that it came in to more getting torn up. I said if UPS was so concerned with the packaging, maybe they should have told the Anazon seller to package it in a sturdier box. He huffed and said, "Whatever." Like I said, it was Friday afternoon, so take if for what it's worth.

  The associate Nathan At the UPS store in Longview, Washington went above and beyond to help me with a return today. He was patient, kind and very helpful! Made a difficult situation so much easier! Thank you, Nathan and UPS.

  I accidentally brought a package in that needed to go to USPS. Riley, helped get me the address and went above and beyond to assist me. I really appreciate his help and feel like he deserves credit for all of his efforts

  This is a busy little place, but the workers are fast and efficient and know their stuff to get customers helped and out the door quickly.
