- JOJuliet OrnellasOct 25, 20251.0The staff is nice but this place is very poorly ran. The drop box to drop off packages, a simple hinging door, has been 'out of service' for months which is absurd. Now the self serve kiosk is out of order which I use a lot and now am must stand in a line 10 deep for 20 min on average just to buy a stamp or drop off a package that is already labeled. It is totally unacceptable and just another reason why we should have privatized USPS ages ago. For the love of all that is holy, please fix the kiosk. Thank you.

The payment went through and i got an email saying i could come pick it up. I go inside and the woman at the front desk tells me that it’s already been sent out. So I wasted $20 and don’t know where my package is. I’m slightly upset because money is extremely tight and I don’t know why they’d tell me it was there if it wasn’t.
