- LLLaRee LorenDec 29, 20251.0To the old lady and the man closing on Dec 29th. My husband was the last customer, he was trying to hurry. He was rushing to get an important package out to a family member. How you treated him was DISGUSTING. Ripping his package open when he was trying to help take care of the barcode issue and then instead of taping it closed like he asked YOU THREW HIS PACKAGE. Argued with him and were rude in front of my autistic child mind you. If you hate your jobs don’t work there! I don’t care if you want to go home, serve your last customer. And to ask him to do you a favor after how you treated him is beyond appalling and unacceptable. I’ll be calling a manager tomorrow about this.
- JBJelli BeanNov 25, 20255.0Terrin (working on Tuesday the 25th) after making his rounds on his route circled back because We had missed him on his way out in the morning and he went out of his way to make sure we got her one his way back to the office!!!! Gently knocked and waited for a moment for me to grab the door, gave us sincere condolences and told us he just wanted to make sure we got them safely. The packes was the ashes of a loved one, me and my mom are sooo gratefull to him for doing this!!!!! Thank you soooooo much!!!!🥹❤ And thank you to who ever hired this Kind soul!!!!!

- JOJuliet OrnellasOct 25, 20251.0The staff is nice but this place is very poorly ran. The drop box to drop off packages, a simple hinging door, has been 'out of service' for months which is absurd. Now the self serve kiosk is out of order which I use a lot and now am must stand in a line 10 deep for 20 min on average just to buy a stamp or drop off a package that is already labeled. It is totally unacceptable and just another reason why we should have privatized USPS ages ago. For the love of all that is holy, please fix the kiosk. Thank you.
- AVAaron (Valcrist)Oct 20, 20251.0Good thing I don’t have to come to this office often talk about rude and unprofessional staff , especially the person that handles passports , completely rude , disrespectful band refused to actually listen to our questions just made assumptions said it was wrong and go, thankfully she was wrong and we didn’t need to come back we took our business elsewhere.
