Mail delivery at my house has been a nightmare since our person retired or left a few years ago. I get mail for wrong addresses and people who don't live here daily. Packages and mail always going missing. Some days they don't even deliver. Terrible

I've added instructions clarifying where it needs to go but they never read them. The one time (not exaggerating) they delivered it to the correct address, they left it out in the rain, didn't even bothering to knock. Found it hours later and completely soaked through.
