Mail delivery at my house has been a nightmare since our person retired or left a few years ago. I get mail for wrong addresses and people who don't live here daily. Packages and mail always going missing. Some days they don't even deliver. Terrible

I appreciate all the work you all do. *** Well, my extremely important mail from SSI is missing. This week I have "informed delivery" of 2 pieces which are not here. Sigh. I thought our mail service was getting better, but if someone else gets my SS information, I'm going to send my lawyer. My disability lawyer will have plenty to say. *** Long Beach P.O. has really stepped up their game lately. I appreciate getting my mail on time at the correct address. Recently, I've realized what a challenging job you all have and want to thank you for your hard work! *** Edited: I get informed delivery so I know that I am currently missing 4 pieces of mail. I haven't received a delivery in almost 2 weeks and this is AFTER I filled out the form AGAIN to let them know my address and who lives here. How do I get my mail? P.S. Tax info, SS info, these are IMPORTANT letters that I am NOT receiving. *** Long Beach P.O. is the absolute worst example of postal service I have ever experienced. It's not enough that they regularly lose my packages and I don't always get my mail, but the manager is completly unhelpful. Informed delivery doesn't even help because the manager there won't help me. I'm at a loss as to what to do. Hence I'm leaving a negative review in hopes that something may change.
