- ALAnnika LarsonDec 19, 20231.0What a HORRIFIC location. Absolutely horrible. The woman at the front who is typically there all week is an absolute witch of a human. I’m absolutely going to contact the head of the USPS in Liberty Lake over this: I had a package that was sent back to this location because the apartment number wasn’t on it (no fault of my own-I have proof in the email order that I put my apartment number for both billing and shipping). I headed to the post office to pick it up and she claimed it was still on the truck. Then said “he isn’t back yet.” So I just looked at her and asked when I can come back for it because it says it’s been delivered back to their office and is NOT on the truck. She then randomly grabbed my package and told me I need to put the right apartment number. I tried telling her I did and I didn’t even have a second to ask how she knew where my package was and WHY she claimed it was on the truck still though she knew exactly where to find it. It was literally sitting behind the desk as she told me it’s still on the truck-this is a Christmas present also. Then just kept shaking her head at me and telling me I didn’t put the apartment number down. She’s been a nightmare before and still is. Unbelievable.
