I have had opportuity to work with just about veryone of the members working in there. They are kind, throughout, thoughtful and just genuinely enjoy the customers that come in as observed through other interactions. I have choices to go to other shipping locations but won't!! Keep up the great work Liberty lake team, you are appreciated! Janet Marchant

I cannot print out receipts..'; .. told him I have cancelled checks..., his response...' i don't know what that means...'; i tried to explain, he responds with...' no one pays by check anymore...', then continued with a barrage of condescending comments, including.. 'if you are rude I can close out your box..'; ..'i've been here for many years..', then i asked to leave a message for the owner, his response..' she will not accept messages from customers unless they tell me, the manager, what it's about..'. He continued with deplorable behavior, including laughing out loud, in attempts to intimidate me, denying things he said minutes prior. Obviously this person has unchecked job security. I'm a 65 year old woman. Very frightening that a UPS store has the authority to simply stop giving me my mail. And yes, I'm paid up.
