- WTWilliam ThomsonDec 3, 20251.0Regular basis of missing delivery dates and sometimes all together. The attrition rate of drivers is inconceivable. In 18 years of the same address I’ve seen over a dozen drivers. Packages not getting on the truck are said to have attempted delivery and failed yet I’ve waited and met the driver whom had nothing on board. The post master is the issue and should be replaced IMMEDIATELY. What a joke!

When we call to track it down we get a mixture of impatient or rude explanations or just a “we’re sorry, we will talk to the route driver”. This has been an issue for us for 7+ years and it happens multiple times a year.
