- ALAiyan LinApr 18, 20261.0Today I came into the store for the 1st time. Unfortunately, it was the rudest and undigested experience. Upon taking a lyft, I was hoping the store would have a printer to print out labels as the item I was returning said that UPS would do so. I was greeted by a gentleman and clearly was the only working since the lady aside him seemed 'upset' not even acknowledging me. I asked nicely if I can return this item and if I can print and also pay for the print. He just nonchalantly said their printer doesn't work and if I can go across the street to FedEx to print. I am a disabled veteran who barely even gets out and for me to walk across the street with busy traffic and all stressed me out. I just cannot believe how unkind and just unfazed the customer service agents are at UPS. Never will step foot into that store.
