With the recent changes in expectation of date stamps, I had a time sensitive letter and was waiting in line to go to the counter. What I presume to be the manager came out to try to cut down the line, and asked if anyone had anything easy. I told her I just needed the letter date stamped, she threw it in the bin without date stamping and moved on. Giving these recent changes and uncertainty surrounding them, I thought it was pretty unprofessional to not do specifically what was requested. I hope it gets stamped in a reasonable time, but she took it completely out of my control. Workers at the post office should be sensitive to these recent changes, and to customers asking specifically for help with it.

This has to be the worst post office I've ever seen. We receive our mail to a normal sized box. The current delivery person is too lazy to drive into our driveway and drop off packages at our front door so he just continues to shove them into the small slot. Soon it's overwhelmed and will not take any more mail ----although the entire mail box is empty! Recently there were three 9x12 packages that were shoved in there , plus two smaller packages , along with all of our regular mail. Of course this was a log jam and nothing was actually getting into the box. We had to rip the packages to be able to get them out of the box. He could have easily put the letters in the box , and dropped the larger packages at our front door . Evidently they are not going to do that , I guess it's too much work. Once I asked to speak to the manager and they told me the manager was" too busy".

USPS needs improvement. 1. Like literally, I only check my mailbox once a week at most. Usually less often. Maybe rethink the system a little run a bit more lean like the rest of us have had to. Nobody needs mail at the current frequency and never did. 2. I paid extra postage for multiple letters to get ripped open and contents completely/partially lost. This happened to 3 parcels in the last 2 weeks. One envelope arrived to recipient totally empty.
