Very discriminatory to my family (brown in a primarily white neighborhood) and refuses to delivery packages to our home, and never even rings our bell. The time I waited outside for them they didn’t even have our package with them. Multiple time sensitive packages have been withheld due to their laziness and discrimination. Also not to mention, when I did go to this place to receive my package, the mail person still has it. I was home the entire day, and she places a pink slip into our mailbox and withholds our mail from us. Awful mailwoman, I’m not sure why she still works here when she does not do her job.

This is by far the most poorly run post office I've ever encountered. From having only one clerk at the window with a line full of customers, to drop off bins being constantly full, to one clerk not being able to find packages when another is able to, to having dropped of packages sit there for 2-3 days unscanned. This also extends down to the mail carriers delivering other people's mail in error, to being on personal phone calls, to sassing back when asking a simple question. I could go on and on. I have a business and I've made the decision to drive 15-20 minutes out of my way to drop off my packages elsewhere. My business is suffering by relying on this particular office. Why upper management doesn't get involved with the plethora of complaints I'll never know.

Our mail lady will not deliver our mail for some personal reasons she says it's because we have a car that's parked within 15 ft of the mailbox which I measured and it's 17 ft away from the mailbox but the neighbor has a trailer pop up trailer that is 13 ft away but they get their mail everyday so I wanted to bring this to their attention because in the mail my mother has a medication that is life threatening if she doesn't receive it and she has to have it in her system for at least 2 weeks before she has a surgery for her heart but because they've held this medication at the post office because they're mail lady has a personal vendetta or issue with us it has caused bigger issues than they realize or want to address..

Randomly decided that our house was vacant and stopped delivering mail with no notice. When we realized, they couldn't explain why or what happened to the mail that went undelivered during this time. Lost access to informed delivery because of it as well. They were also extremely rude in communicating with us about it. Never had trouble like this before with any post office or other mail handling service.

October 14th, 2025 at 3pm Van # 3333149. Lakewood area close to the veterans hospital. Have a talk with the man. He cut me off, scared me, I honked, and he gave me the finger.
