- RRRyan Rieck5 days ago1.0After 10 years of the carrier bringing packages to our home they now refuse to deliver packages. We are less than a half mile from the road each way and have always been told our address is within range, now they refuse. This week a package was delivered in our box which belonged to another customer. I called and provided our information so the carrier could come get the package, no one came. I called the next day and left a voicemail still no one came. Its so unfortunate that this is the type of service provided now after many years of great service.

- JMJessica McfarlaneDec 28, 20251.0In the last 2 days, I have had 2 separate packages be undelivered because the first one, they dropped off the slip saying I had to pick it up AFTER they're pickup department was already closed on a Saturday! Then, they proceeded to say on the slip that they're is a signature requirement, but I checked and know that the package did not require a signature! Now for the second package, from Amazon, they said that they "tried to deliver it" they never even came to the house!

Multiple times I have stopped in after work to pick up parcels knowing I have another on the way so i ask if they can check to see if it's in to save me a trip back. But I'm told nothing else is there. So I get home check the mail box and what do you know? A parcel slip! Wth? Or the latest one, I went in on Thursday picked up a parcel, Friday night I get home from work check the mail box and a parcel slip dated with Wednesdays date?! They couldn't have included that with my Thursday pick up!? Not cool! They are either total ass holes or completely stupid! They really need to get their crapp together! This happens every time 😠
