- JMJessica McfarlaneDec 28, 20251.0In the last 2 days, I have had 2 separate packages be undelivered because the first one, they dropped off the slip saying I had to pick it up AFTER they're pickup department was already closed on a Saturday! Then, they proceeded to say on the slip that they're is a signature requirement, but I checked and know that the package did not require a signature! Now for the second package, from Amazon, they said that they "tried to deliver it" they never even came to the house!

- CCCathyMay 8, 20252.0I was waiting for a package that was suppose to be here on a Friday. When I tracked it they had created a pick up slip at 7am Friday. Got the pick up slip later that day saying I couldn’t pick it up until Saturday. Why? You know that package never got in the delivery truck that morning. I check their hours for Saturday morning in their website. It shows Pickup Notice Left Hours on Saturday from 630am-1030am. Got there at 1003 and there was a gentleman who had been there knocking on the door. The person in the back had music up so loud they couldn’t hear anyone knocking. Then I notice there was a sign taped to the door that said the hours are 7am-10am. Really. Either work the hours that are on the website or update the website. No excuses.

Multiple times I have stopped in after work to pick up parcels knowing I have another on the way so i ask if they can check to see if it's in to save me a trip back. But I'm told nothing else is there. So I get home check the mail box and what do you know? A parcel slip! Wth? Or the latest one, I went in on Thursday picked up a parcel, Friday night I get home from work check the mail box and a parcel slip dated with Wednesdays date?! They couldn't have included that with my Thursday pick up!? Not cool! They are either total ass holes or completely stupid! They really need to get their crapp together! This happens every time 😠
