They are knowledgeable, friendly, provide great customer service and the lines are usually not that long. Unlike the experiences with the LS Post Office, it is a pleasure to visit Bartell's. Of course one has to endure the horrible home delivery service from our local Post Office unless you use UPS/FedEx/DHL, etc. But at least mailing in person can be a pleasurable experience.
