Customer service is amazing here. Better than the one that is on post at JBLM.

USPS has consistently lost more packages for me than have been delivered/received. The most recent shows tracking between the same two two facilities 5 times before disappearing.

Although the postal clerks are helpful, I’m tired of having to be home to sign for something, then to find out the delivery person didn’t bother. This as has happened repeatedly to me and my neighbors. Usually I get a “tried to deliver” notice in my mailbox (my house is at the end of a long driveway) but this time no notice was left. I checked the tracking number and learned “no one was available” so I could pick up the package at the post office. Oddly, when USPS delivers for Amazon this never happens. Our now retired delivery driver, David, told me the sub doesn’t like going down our driveways so says no one was home. This is ridiculous! I wish there was another option, but unfortunately the package was stamps from the USPS. Why I needed to sign for them is beyond me.
