Incident on November 19, 2025 around 5:35 PM
I visited this UPS location just a few minutes ago to have a file printed and notarized. A very sweet lady initially helped me print my documents, but she needed to clock out, so she handed me over to Jodie. I completely understood and had no issue with the transition.
At first, Jodie seemed fine, but she decided to assist the customer behind me with their packages before finishing with me. Again, I didn’t mind, since I knew my process might take a bit longer. What bothered me was the condescending and arrogant tone she used throughout the interaction, but I chose not to let it get to me.
Once I finished filling out and signing my portion of the form, I handed it back to her so she could sign and place her notary stamp. She read through the entire document and then said, “Yeah, I don’t know where you want me to sign.” I politely pointed to the designated section. She followed up with, “Yeah, but it doesn’t say or give instructions about a public notary.” I remained polite and explained the instructions that my employer provided. The file clearly included a section outlining what the notary was required to do. As I was explaining, she looked visibly annoyed and uninterested. To avoid confusion, I showed her the instructions in the file so she could see that everything was legitimate.
My sister later told me that while I was explaining, Jodie rolled her eyes at me and even made a face or chuckled to another employee, which I did not notice because I was focused on helping her understand the form.
Jodie eventually said, “I don’t feel comfortable doing this, but I’ll do it just this one time.” There was absolutely no need for such an attitude. I don’t know if her behavior was rooted in rudeness, bias, or something else, but it was completely unprofessional. To add to the issue, the entire process took much longer than necessary because she was casually chatting with another employee while notarizing my document. I was left standing there just waiting.
This experience was extremely disappointing, and I hope management addresses this behavior so no other customer has to go through something similar.

JODIE is the problem at this store. She spoke down to me in a condescending tone, rolled her eyes, and made the entire place so uncomfortable. Here’s the kicker, she wasn’t even the one helping me! She inserted herself into a conversation I was having with another employee. I left the store shaking I was so upset and honestly embarrassed. Why did she feel the need to cut into a conversation I was having with another employee just to be rude to me when she had customers she was supposed to be helping?? All the reviews I’ve seen about a certain employee at this store that is rude and condescending… I’m pretty sure it’s Jodie. More customer service training is definitely needed.

They made me pay $1.37 to print a pre-paid label so I could ship with UPS. Had I made UPS come to my house(for no charge), the driver would have printed the label. Trash

The woman with shoulder length brown hair working at this location at 11:30 AM on 27 October needs a new job. We brought a large retirement gift to send, marked “fragile” in several places only to have her slam it on the scale. We reminded her it said “fragile”, only to have an annoyed response and for her to practically throw our receipt to us.
I hope you’re out there, management. You otherwise have a good store here that we frequent because it’s been trustworthy. Please don’t let employees like these take that away.

I honestly hate coming to this UPS because of a certain employee. She has horrible customer service and a terrible attitude. The first time I had to interact with her, she was VERY condescending with me about a small package I was trying to ship for the holidays. She quoted me $60 for a small package that didnt weigh much. I decided to not ship that package because I didn't have that much funds to spend at the time. The next incident was me having to get a paper notarized for my job. Again, very rude and made me feel self-conscious because I have never done anything like that. So, instead of being helpful. She was mocking me and was even talking terrible about me even calling me "dumb" to another customer. I overheard the conversation when I had to go back into the store when I left in a panic due to her TERRIBLE attitude and condescending comments. I did go back to get my paper notarized, but I told myself I would not be returning to this UPS for awhile because of the terrible customer service from that one female worker that was the beginning of this year. So, I decided to give them another chance the other day. When I noticed that the same employee was still working there my accident went through the rough, but I needed to return a package to Amazon. She was actually friendly and my anxiety wasn't as bad. It wasn't until she informed me that the return label I had was for me to pay for the shipping. I told her that was okay, and asked how much it was going to cost me. She gave me an estimate of $56 for the package size and me paying for a label. I was baffled with the price estimate, and decided to go elsewhere to see if it was cheaper. Which thankfully I did because I went to another UPS store, and thats when they told me it shouldn't be that much for the size, weight, and label. When they measured and weighed my package. It came out to $15! And the label I had they just needed to scan it with a bar code. I probably won't be returning to this UPS again.
