Line was out the door. As I walked in the door, there were 2 lines. I went in the left line. There were about 6 people in front of me. Left line was going on the left, right line to the right. When it came to my turn, she said, oh no! That man was before you (the man from the right line). The line is over there! Pointing to the right line. (There was a line out the door behind me) in the left line. Confused and humiliated, I said I wasn't going to the back of the right line, i waited just like everyone else and I stood there. After taking her time, she said, alright, I can take you, but there's one line! And shouted to those behind me, there's one line. No one moved (there was still 2 lines when I left) .

Need a drop bin for pre paid labeled packages! The lady at the front was rather rude about it even though that's been standard at other ups stores I've been to. Especially during busy times like now, a drop bin makes the workers load easier so they dont get rude with customers.

Terrible customer service. They believe they have the authority to request that people visit their office to mail or return packages on multiple occasions. It's as if they are the king who has a power trip over people. Terrible place.

Incident on November 19, 2025 around 5:35 PM I visited this UPS location just a few minutes ago to have a file printed and notarized. A very sweet lady initially helped me print my documents, but she needed to clock out, so she handed me over to Jodie. I completely understood and had no issue with the transition. At first, Jodie seemed fine, but she decided to assist the customer behind me with their packages before finishing with me. Again, I didn’t mind, since I knew my process might take a bit longer. What bothered me was the condescending and arrogant tone she used throughout the interaction, but I chose not to let it get to me. Once I finished filling out and signing my portion of the form, I handed it back to her so she could sign and place her notary stamp. She read through the entire document and then said, “Yeah, I don’t know where you want me to sign.” I politely pointed to the designated section. She followed up with, “Yeah, but it doesn’t say or give instructions about a public notary.” I remained polite and explained the instructions that my employer provided. The file clearly included a section outlining what the notary was required to do. As I was explaining, she looked visibly annoyed and uninterested. To avoid confusion, I showed her the instructions in the file so she could see that everything was legitimate. My sister later told me that while I was explaining, Jodie rolled her eyes at me and even made a face or chuckled to another employee, which I did not notice because I was focused on helping her understand the form. Jodie eventually said, “I don’t feel comfortable doing this, but I’ll do it just this one time.” There was absolutely no need for such an attitude. I don’t know if her behavior was rooted in rudeness, bias, or something else, but it was completely unprofessional. To add to the issue, the entire process took much longer than necessary because she was casually chatting with another employee while notarizing my document. I was left standing there just waiting. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I hope management addresses this behavior so no other customer has to go through something similar.
