I had two packages delivered by Amazon on Dec. 22 and unfortunately, the packages landed on my neighbors doorstep. A “Scrooge” of a neighbor who instead of tossing the packages onto my doorstep (which are not more than 20 feet away,) she drove them to POSTNET walked in and dumped them on the counter and walked out. Kimberly, who was working the counter, tried to get her attention to find out what she was doing with the packages, but my neighbor wouldn’t respond. Kimberly thought something was very wrong with the way the transaction had been handled and felt uncomfortable. Kimberly started trying to find me by looking through social media. She did finally locate me on Facebook, friend requested me and then sent me messages, telling me why she was reaching out to me. I called her and she told me yes she had my Christmas packages. I drove over to post a I called her and she told me yes she had my Christmas packages. I drove over immediately and was so very grateful to her.Talk about going above and beyond! Greatest customer service I’ve ever experienced! Thank you, Kimberly, I am very much in your debt and you helped save my Christmas!

My package arrived much quicker than I anticipated and in excellent condition. I wish we had nice happy employees like that in our local places in my state. Update: I just found my notes and her name was Kim. The woman who helped me with the jolly personality was Kim!
