  Kinda frustrating when you are looking for work,so go to the lacey office and the manager tells you she doesnt have time for me and walks away ! Very snippy ,Rude and most certainly Disrespectful ! Our lives are hard enough and when we try to better ones life the door gets shut in your face ! Not just shut but slammed ! Thought people ready was sapose to help not turn away !

  The GM at Centralia Teresa is the best. I couldn't make iit in the office so she drove all the way to Lacey to give me my card. She didn't have to do that. I recommend people ready because it's good people working there

  After spending over an hour going through the application I found that it was a waist of my time. They wouldn't take my ID that I got my last 5 jobs with and denied my friend all together.

  Downright pathetic excuse for management. Your various reasoning behind your answers to why you stand by WA Restorer's Michelle conflict with your former statements about finding out the truth. To side with the customer in the wrong, automatically, while I lost a day's work & a full tank of gas. Me, trying to provide for my infant son here and a daughter back in Florida went way out of my way to a jobsite with a stuck up, lying customer whom could not stand the fact my girlfriend was to sit in my vehicle off of the lot of a jobsite nearby. She was my guide & navigation assistance. I am new to this state. Just came out to Kitsap County. She has resided in WA once before. We've both worked with People Ready since March together & seperate. We know what to expect and have never had to deal with this. Nowhere was my girl going to be hanging around in the quarters of the "jobsite" house during my work. Your customer okay'd my late arrival due to road work ontop of unfamiliar roads while she herself had not reached the location either. For whatever reason once she saw my girlfriend as she introduced herself everything changed. Michelle put it off on the homeowners' having a problem with my girlfriend sitting out in our vehicle as a reason I could not work. How bogus. Honestly your customer was in the wrong. To stand there and back someone who has their own personal issues with a stranger is just wrong. For anyone reading this know that this People Ready in Lacey will not appreciate hard workers, but only kiss up to their customer. Check out my review on Washington Restorer. The whole event as it went down which was explained to the office worker yesterday. In one ear, out the other. Others, offices here in Washington have been much better. Try Seattle, Tacoma, Everett, Kent. Too bad my local Bremerton never lists anything. It would be much easier travelwise.
