Most recently there have been improvements to the quality of service at this PO. Staff are friendly and errors seem to have been reduced significantly. I appreciate that they allow package pickup on Sat mornings between 10:30a-12:30p. Just ring the buzzer by the inside door next to the front counter.

Packages lost constantly. Carriers are chronic liars: we get slips with excuses for non-delivery like, unknown security code (there is none), mailbox is full (definitely not), unable to access box (it’s that square thing you just put all my bills in AND the slip that says unable to access box)… and more. Carriers absolutely refuse to drop at a residence, stating they’re “not allowed to go in reverse in their vehicle”. Liars. Lazy. Unhelpful. Postmaster has hair flipped every person who has ever asked for help— she is completely useless. Our community even has a Facebook page called Worst PO in the World dedicated to venting, looking for lost packages, and generally commiserating about this terrible PO and its god-awful postmaster.

2nd time we've been LIED to about a delivery. Delivery person reported that delivery couldn't be made due lack of security code to get to location. WE DON'T HAVE LIVE IN A SECURED AREA!!
LAZY LIAR SHOULD BE FIRED!!! I'll be having a one-way conversation with our postmaster SOON!! 🤬🤬🤬

This post office is very disappointing. The mail goes missing. It gets delivered late. They sometimes can't be bothered to actually deliver it, or leave it in a mailbox instead, they toss it into a driveway. If there is one thing I seriously dislike about this little community, it is this terrible post office.
