  I needed an important vehicle part to get delivered and paid for 2-day shipping, but it did not arrive until 4 days later. Someone from the store (owner/manager, idk exactly) reached out to me, apologized and went above and beyond my expectations for making things right.

  Absolutely awful customer experience. If you’re shipping internationally, they will not help you sort through questions there. There wasn’t a single other customer in the store and they couldn’t be bothered to help direct me other than to go to a website. I had to go home to fill out a tariff form, then I had a barcode from my purchase, I presented that in the store and they scanned and didn’t pull up anything - the reason was that I was shipping internationally. I asked how I could get that shipping label and print it and they couldn’t direct me how to find it. I realize that they aren’t UPS, just a UPS store, but if you represent the company, you should be able to answer simple questions from their website. I wouldn’t recommend and I won’t be going back. As I walked out he said he normally charges a printing fee, but because of the hassle he’d let it go. Well, thanks for that!

  Great drop off location for your UPS packages as well as USPS packages. In addition there is a self service drop off that you use by scanning your packages and option of receiving the receipt if there is no need for customer service. It makes it fast and painless. I highly recommend this location for your shipping and packaging needs.
