- SJshari jansenFeb 20, 20265.0I have been going to this FedEX location as long as it has been there, 20 years(?). Every time I am there to pick up real estate flyers, signs, postcards, they have been AHMAZING! Always on time, perfectly done work orders and super KIND! I've seen customers come in and yell or compalin about something that is entriely NOT their fault. So, to me the kinder you are the better treatment you get. They are helpful, resourceful and always willing to help. Check the attitude at the door, these people work very hard to please you!

Their customer service is abysmal, and they are just generally incompetent. They almost always fail to help you, and then somehow make it feel like it's all your fault that they don't know how to run their store. Remarkably awful location.

He took the time to help me find the best box for my shipment, and it was obvious he had great customer service skills. This is the kind of service that makes me people want to come back to a business !
