Print Experiences seem to be hit and miss with this store. A few weeks ago, I had no problem getting something printed off via sending an email. But this week was different. I sent in a print request Tuesday for a small print job (One page to be exact) to be picked up Thursday. I received conformation of them receiving the email and asked if it was okay. I confirmed. I came in Thursday afternoon to pick up the print job and they didn't have the print, and couldn't find it in their email. They asked that I send the file again there in the shop. I was a bit annoyed because it shouldn't have gone missing in the first place. Especially after receiving and answer that they got it. I also didn't have the file needed on my phone to resend the email. The next day, I responded, asking for a reason why the print wasn't completed and where the mistake was, and I got no response. I wouldn't recommend this location for any print services. It seems to be hit and miss.

I want to share a recent positive experience with this UPS store. They helped me ship a package internationally, but it came back to me because customs rejected it due to shifting rules on description of items included. Ryan and Madison took care of me and we found a solution to solve the problem. They went out of their way to do that for me!

There is a silver haired man named Ryan who is rude, impatient, and condescending. No one else treats me that way at the location. I leave and come back or let others go in front of me when he is working. It would be great for a manager to provide customer service training to this guy.

For shipping overseas: USPS handles the tariff codes FOR YOU. UPS makes you look them up yourself and/or suggests the WRONG codes because it was the first Google result. For a company worth 85 BILLION DOLLARS, they could invest in some basic tariff training/software. Additionally, there is a $3 fee for picking up faxes. There is ALSO an absolute bullshit of a fee known as the "Package Receiving Fee". If you ship something from one UPS store to another, and you PAY FOR THAT SHIPPING, the person who is receiving the package may still need to pay a $5 fee to pick up that shipment... even if UPS has miss-routed the extremely important legal documents entrusted to their care and sent them off to a completely different county. The shipping was already paid. Making people pay for the privilege of picking it up is just ridiculous. Oh yeah, and at no point was my identification ever checked nor my signature ever recorded despite there being a big giant sticker on the package that says "Please sign below in presence of an associate". They get two stars because they have SLIGHTLY better hours for someone working a regular "8-5" job than the local USPS office.

These guys run a scam here. I needed a package urgently delivered via next day air. I reached right on time and asked specifically asked its 4:30. Can you deliver it by tomorrow? They specifically answered yes. Charged me 112$ for it and kept the package. The package was obviously not delivered on time. I had to call UPS customer service to confirm that. They never sent my package and didn’t bother to tell me that. I had to went back to the store again. Upon asking, they yelled at me saying they can’t delivered it as it was late and told me take my money back!! Such a pool customer service. Never ever come to this store.
