  This place has exceeded my expectations. I've visited for notary services and shipping. They're efficient and professional. They really go out of way to make your deliveries happen. Recommend. Sometimes they also have free candy.

  Monday, September 8, at approximately 1:25 PM, which resulted in a back injury due to the negligent handling of store merchandise. ​While I was waiting in line, a large, heavy box suddenly fell and struck me from behind, causing me to collapse forward. The impact caused severe pain in my lower back. It is important to note that I have a pre-existing medical condition, having been diagnosed with a ruptured spinal disc two years ago, which makes this injury particularly serious for me. ​Immediately after I was hit, an Asian female employee kindly and repeatedly asked if I was alright and apologized for the incident. I appreciate her concern and professionalism. ​However, I am deeply disappointed by the conduct of a middle-aged Caucasian male employee who was also present, and who I believe may be a manager. Over the years, I have consistently found his attitude to be unfriendly. During this incident, he showed no concern for my well-being whatsoever. He did not say a single word to me—not even to ask if I was okay—and was only concerned with the fallen box. ​Regardless of his personal character, I believe that when a customer is injured on store premises, it is a basic requirement of customer service and professional duty to at least inquire about their condition. His complete lack of concern was unacceptable.

  Manager yelled at me over a box. I was calm the whole time asking questions about the rules regarding box. He apparently absolutely hated that because he wanted to me to buy his overpriced boxes.He proceeded to shout at me " my rules!" when I asked him what rule says I cant use the box I had. Dude is propably so desperate to turn a profit. He shouted at me and told me to go home and get the box. What makes him think I want to do business with his store after the way he shouted at me and acted so unprofessional over a box.I genuinely feel sorry for the employees that have to work with him. He has zero emotional regulation and professionality. Judging based on the other reviews, it is very consistent with what other customer and even a former manager complained about. Sad place.
