So when I moved to Redmond and went to return Amazon to parcel to this UPS store I was apprehensive. But this place is so different, people are nice, helpful, easy going. And amazingly - all of them. Great team.

Its hours are longer and later than most, it has a kiosk to self service Amazon packages, lots of room to park, and the staff are always super friendly and personable, even when I'm showing up five minutes before close. Thanks all!! (also sorry this got submitted prematurely at "it feels weird", lol... I've filled in the rest now!)

Went to drop off a package, he wasn’t helpful at all, he doesn’t care about customers. Will try my best to not visit this store again!
