  Easy in and out, self service kiosk was great. Joshua was very efficient, was helping another guest already but directed me how to drop off my package and scan into the system. Appreciate the fast and friendly service.

  I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this UPS Store. Last week they wasted my time by not explaining the label process correctly, and when I came back today to resolve it, the cashier was unbelievably rude. Instead of apologizing for their colleague's mistake, they argued with me aggressively and were rude to other customers too. It’s honestly shocking that this store would keep someone like that on staff and risk their reputation. I'm really angry that they wasted a whole week of my time and then treated me this poorly today. Make sure you know that it wasn’t just me—they were rude and disrespectful to everyone around. This kind of behavior is unacceptable. The picture attached belongs to the said employee.

  Joshua had the patience of a rock in helping me get my docs scanned, put them together at the end of his shift. Really appreciate his help and how he handled the queue of customers.
