The guy at the front counter had a full conversation with the elderly woman in front of me the first time but barely told me what I needed to do to change my address for mail. The other 2 times he barely said hi, didn’t explain what I was asking about and told me “no you did it right it’ll work just wait”. I went to the hansville post office and they told me the exact opposite. That the Kingston post office gave me the wrong advise and that I could have been receiving mail the past 3 month had I come to them. So in simpler words just drive the extra 20 minutes to the hansville post office where you don’t have to be elderly to receive good customer service. Where they actually acknowledge they’re customers.
