I have interacted with many individuals there and they have all been nice and very helpful. I’ve called in and never had a problem. Yes, they are very endlessly busy. Our postal carrier is great and goes out of his way for us. People have to realize that staff at USPS are overworked and working hard to get your mail to you! Treat your mail carriers with respect, maybe give them a Christmas card to let them know they are appreciated. USPS Kettle Falls is a great small town post office!
