I made a claim with no follow up.some packages are being marked undeliverable because no access.I just got a letter saying my address has been changed and updated.I’m so confused on how I’m receiving some mail but not all. I just want what I ordered. Based on the reviews on the level of poor customer service I’m so nervous to even go in person.

I received a notice via email that my drivers license was to de delivered (informed Delivery). A service you can get from the USPS, I saw the photo, but guess what never showed, my government form of ID. I went in to see if they would deal with the issue, no name of mine was taken, just my address and a very "we could care less" attitude. Now, if the photo is taken and all other mail was received by me, it only leaves the option that you have someone stealing mail that works for you. All my other mail has been delivered, but now I am getting no more Informed Delivery notices and have reashed out to the post master general and have to file a police report because this is no longer just stolen mail, it is fraud. The Supreme Court ruling is bullshit, you need to be accountable as this is a civil servant job.
