  John is amazing! He’s always helpful, patient, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is handled quickly and correctly. You can tell he really cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. Highly recommend stopping by if you need great service!

  Big thanks to Phon and John at the Kent Kangley UPS Store. They went above and beyond to help me find the most cost-effective way to ship my package and ensured everything was packed securely. Professional, kind and very knowledgeable. Definitely returning to the store to do my shipping needs in the future.

  This store, unlike the other UPS in this area, answered their phone rather than giving me a recording with false information regarding the time a notary would be available. She said she would be there and she was! She was very patient and efficient, handling my notary request as well as multiple pages of copying and faxing while simultaneously taking care of other customers. She was so polite, friendly and helpful to me and anyone who came in the door. Another gentleman who was working appeared to be the manager and was constantly checking to make sure anyone coming in was waited on immediately, even as he was finishing other tasks behind the counter. They worked together well and were so friendly. I am visiting from out of state and had not planned to be doing any business while I was here. But when I return, I would drive further to this UPS store than any other just to have such friendly people to help me. It was like a breath of fresh air in the middle of a hectic day and I left with a smile on my face. 🙂

  This is the only UPS store I go to. I have one in Auburn but it’s awful! I choose to drive a little further to this one because they exceed my expectations every time! I have been coming to this location 2 times a week for several years and send out multiple packages ground and next day air. All the employees are always very nice and take extra care with my packages which is appreciated greatly by my small business! Phon is my favorite to work with. Every time I see her in the store she has a smile on her face and she works so hard! Even during the busy holiday season she was always there with a smile. I have been extremely impressed with her customer service and enjoying making my drop offs to this location!
