  I want to give a huge thank-you to Steven and his team at the FedEx location in Kent. Due to flood evacuations, the store had to close early, but Steven went above and beyond by allowing me to come in before business hours the following morning so I could pick up an urgent package. That level of customer service and care is truly exceptional. I’m very grateful for their professionalism, flexibility, and willingness to help during a stressful situation.

  I stopped by this location today and spent about 30 minutes trying to apply my company discount. The staff kept asking for the company address, which I provided, but they still weren’t able to get it figured out. This hasn’t been required in the past. I’ve shipped from this same location before, and all I’ve ever needed to give was the company name and my employee number. The team working around 9:30 didn’t seem familiar with how to apply the discount. I ended up going to the Kent Station FedEx, and they processed everything in under three minutes using the basic info. I’m not upset, but I hope the employees here receive better training so the process can be smoother in the future.

  My package said delivered but I couldn't find it due to there being no delivery description or photo. I called to ask for help and they told me to call the shipper. The customer service agent was not helpful! I lost a package that almost costed me $60! I'm so pissed off!!!!

  The fed ex driver Devon or whatever is with holding my package from me I put a note on my door and he still acted like he couldn’t give me my package he’s playing games give me my stuff!!!!!
