- MDMarvin Donald5 days ago1.0Stood in line long enough to observe the mail lady’s at the front. When you walk in the door the younger woman to the right (they are usually in the same spots) is very kind and nice to all. The older Asian woman to the left, is very kind and nice to all the white customers. Says hello, good morning, how are you, treats them with respect, has small conversation with them. EVERYONE ELSE she rushes, no hi how are you, very rude, talks fast and acts like she is irritated to even have to speak to us. She needs a real reality check as she isn’t white or superior to anyone. Get a clue lady you’re not better than anyone and you will never be white yourself. The racism needs to stop!!

- VVVioletOct 14, 20251.0Sent me on a wild goose chase around kent offices to obtain a highly important package claiming they could not give it back to me. after visiting a more helpful usps location, they called this location and confirmed that they CAN give me my package. avoid this location at all costs.
