I missed receiving important letters despite getting email notifications from USPS. When I visited the post office, Mr. Richard went above and beyond to help me. He thoroughly searched the office, contacted the carrier, and even drove to my mailbox to investigate if the mail was misdelivered. Although we couldn't locate the mail, Mr. Richard's dedication and professionalism were impressive. Thank you, Richard, for providing outstanding customer service!
