  If you have packages to mail, this is the place to go ☀️ Small family owned business…kind and efficient… I always feel happier when leaving then when I arrived….they have the family touch :)

  Needed a notary and Phon did an excellent job. She also maintained a friendly disposition when a long line seemed to form out of no where and people kept arriving. She was quick and efficient working well under pressure (a co-worker came out to help at the end of my visit, they were on break). 10/10 Phon, awesome work!

  Phon(spelling may be off so sorry) is the best. She is aways so kind no matter how many upset people are in the inevitable line at shipping facilities during the holidays and just after. It’s a small store but she’s always fast if the customer understands what’s going on too!

  2nd visit here ever, what happened? Two people working, long line the entire time, and the older lady with long hair, maybe the manager? I hope not. It takes so long because she is way to slow and just all over the place with her conversations and tasks. She was helping someone at the counter and sounded like she was on a personal call that she then put on speaker about making some payment and carrying on when the line is to the door and building, while the other lady is going as quickly as she can, moving effectively while providing good customer service. Promote her! Handwritten signs all over, a jenky door- District or Regional you need to check your store! I will not return to this location.

  I would like give a big shout out to Phong at ups in kent Kangley, I made a mistake of going to ups and not usps, I’ve been going through a lot because I lost my best friend last week and my mind has not been right. I haven’t even smiled in a while. Phong still offered to print my label and let me know that I could leave my package since it was small for usps to pick up there. The level of kindness she showed me was very helpful for me, even though she maybe just be doing her job she took away another step I did not need to think of because trust me I did not want to then drive to usps. So thank you Phong, continue to do a great job. You made smile today. Merry Christmas and happy new year to all!!
