After contacting Quantum they said I needed to provide them with a tracking number. I went back to the UPS-store in Kent (1289) where I had shipped it to inquire why. I had not retained my receipt. Thanks to Komal Sekhon’s diligent and time consuming research, she was able to backtrack and obtain the tracking number. Their exceptional service is the only reason I was able to have my money returned. Thank you

She would slowly count her register and I could hear each individual coin she counted , after she would help other people behind us while I was waiting to be rung up. After she told me my total was 105 and some change, the card machine mentioned something about donating and she herself turned it around and pressed the button and my total went up to the nearest dollar. (Not okay!! Customers should decide to make that choice) I would not recommend coming to this place if it’s your first time shipping anything. She will make you feel inferior and wish you never came in
