After contacting Quantum they said I needed to provide them with a tracking number. I went back to the UPS-store in Kent (1289) where I had shipped it to inquire why. I had not retained my receipt. Thanks to Komal Sekhon’s diligent and time consuming research, she was able to backtrack and obtain the tracking number. Their exceptional service is the only reason I was able to have my money returned. Thank you
