  I came to this UPS Store because it was my only option for an Amazon return, and unfortunately the experience was not pleasant. The man who appeared to be the owner was not helpful and came across as rude during the interaction. I used to come to this location to ship packages and always had a positive experience with a different gentleman who worked here before. This visit was completely different. Customer service goes a long way, and based on this experience I wouldn’t feel comfortable spending my money here again.

  Worst place to ship or drop your package they usually tells you lies and they are missing pickups for next day delivery and make you look bad for a customer. Please avoid them

  Good grief... Two ppl behind the counter, an old lady trying to get figured out and zero regard for the line of 7 people in line? Come on... Who knew this was where you came with shipping problems. Next guy in line pile of packages to pick up - refused all but the two he was after? WTH? About this place if you don't want to be frustrated just trying to return an Amazon box that should have taken 20 seconds at best.
