- KCKurt CasmeyFeb 14, 20265.0Okay.... where to start.... Walk into Kent WA field office to complete onboarding. Simple process and helpful staff... Suzette, Phyllis... answered all my questions and guided me through the remaining tasks through (JobStack) app. Then they walked me through the next steps to secure jobs through the app, the payroll direct deposit process and timelines, and how to navigate the app in general. After completing onboarding and ready to walk out of office..... Phyllis had a job ready and asked if I'd like to take it. So before I Left the office I had the next 2 days secured in employment. After reporting to job site and only a few hours in to the shift, Kimm was already onsite checking in on new hires and accommodating any needs I may have. Wonderful interaction. I'm focused on immediate employment and Kimm was there the next day after the shift late in the evening (6pm) helping me organize and secure my next full week of work with this particular vendor, that we were on site with. I was requested to return by onsite superintendent and Kimm secured that next schedule. I had to make an immediate change to my profile that evening as well, Kimm was available and helped me resubmit the information needed. Thankfully "people ready" (kimm at Kent WA field office) were available to finish my onboarding, find a job, check in with me onsite, refine my profile, and secure more work for me and their vendor on short notice. Amazing experience so far and hopefully moving forward. Amazing people at "People Ready" / JobStack. Thank you
