The next day, I got a voicemail asking if I could take the job after all—the original worker had called out. I called back as soon as possible, but the job had already been given to someone else. This experience was frustrating and disorganized. If a job has already been claimed, it shouldn't still appear on the app—it creates confusion and sets people up for disappointment. PeopleReady needs better real-time updates and communication tools that respect workers’ time and effort.
- L3Louis Jefferson 3Nov 8, 20231.0This is the worst temp agency…well the Kent location is they don’t confirm hours they process payments late and the front desk clerks are lazy and they say their doing the job right when all they do is sit around.. for a dang fact I know this cuz they change the process where they don’t have people go to the office no more just a little phone call.. that’s y they have bad program on how they confirm employees hours and they even sent me to the wrong job and trying not to pay me
