  Brought in an Amazon return. I expected to have to fill out forms and go through a bunch of headaches. The helpful employee scanned it and took it. It was amazingly simple. We were there less than two minutes.

  The gal that helped me was so sweet. She offered to put everything together in my granddaughter's gift box. So helpful when it came time to pay she gave me all the options and I was so happy that my lil Sadie would get her gift before her birthday. I have always gone thru this location and they are so nice to deal with. Thank you so much.

  I had printing from file done, 40 copies 2 side color. it cost about $1 each. when I opened the package at home, the pictures were way too dark. I brought them back the next morning, the person looked at it and said "I'll do it over, it's not right" I left to do shopping and when I came back the owner was there and told me she would reprint it only if I paid for it! UNACCEPTABLE!!
