  I had some trouble with Amazon returns today, and the girl at this store was friendly, helpful and managed my returns while juggling other customers. This store is also the CLEANEST Ups store in town. Well managed.

  These guys don’t get the credit they deserve! Just wanted to come on here and say the customer service here is AWESOME! They helped me with what I needed and went above and beyond. I came in with multiple boxes for shipping and they made my life easy. Thank you !!!

  I had a very bad experience with this carrier. I sell items on eBay and ship through UPS. Everything seemed fine, everyone was happy, and then a month later I received a bill for a change in the weight or size of my shipped package, and the figures were 3-4 times higher. Some items were 10 times more expensive, which doesn't even make sense. I'm tired of being on the phone with customer service because of this carrier.
