Everything seemed fine, everyone was happy, and then a month later I received a bill for a change in the weight or size of my shipped package, and the figures were 3-4 times higher. Some items were 10 times more expensive, which doesn't even make sense. I'm tired of being on the phone with customer service because of this carrier.
