Joel was extremely rude and refused to send it because I didnt have label. The adress needed was on the envelope. He kept saying theres nothing he can do. As I walked out, in a smart manner he said we can print the label but "you gotta pay for it" which i was willing to do in the first place. He treats everyone as a number, the guy before. Didnt tape his package, and Joel also treatened not to send it because it needs to be pre taped. EXTREMELY RUDE INDIVIDUAL, definitely will not be going back to that location.
