- RERebecca EspinozaJun 5, 20231.0Jeff has to be the most miserable employee I have ever encountered and I go to the post office often, and other than Jeff, they have all been helpful. He doesn't seem to understand that it's his job to answer questions and to make sure things run smoothly as the general public is not well versed in Post Office procedure and policy. Otherwise his job could be more efficiently done by a machine. Being human and dealing with people is part of the job. He is routinely verbally abusive to customers and gets flustered and agitated for simple things like there being a line. It's the post office, it happens. He yelled at an old lady for asking a question today. This is the third time I've witnessed him be rude to people. Pretty sure there is someone better qualified that actually wants the job. Judging by the other reviews, Jeff does this quite often. Perhaps this is not the right line of work for him.

- AVAnnaliese VonheeringenJan 25, 20211.0This location for some reason closes from 1-2pm. I got there a few minutes before 2pm and the line was out the door. I waited with my packages for a half hour at least (they only had one clerk for some reason) before reaching the counter. I was told I wrote the adresses in the wrong places on the package (either way they're going to print a label with them,but okay...) and when I asked the clerk to borrow his sharpie to quickly fix them he said no, and made me leave my spot in line to go fill them out at the island in the middle of the office. A nice customer let me back in after I corrected them... Only for the clerk to tell me the zip code was wrong, and said I would need to figure it out before I could send them.I left without sending them due to frustration at the wait and the bad customer service. You'd think a post office would be able to help me get the right zip code when the rest of the adress was correct including the city. Save yourself the trouble and print your shipping labels online. Worst customer service ever.
