Like any post office these days, typically understaffed during peak hours. The outside drive thru drop off box is convenient for the parking lot’s strange size.

Another day of 1 person working and 10 people in line. Staff does the best they can but piss poor management.

If you see someone walk in looking around confused with a sealed envelope that has a stamp on it, perhaps say "the only dropbox we have is outside in the drive through!" Don't completely ignore them and expect them to stand in line needlessly. If I needed to ask about how to address the letter, or if I needed extra postage, sure! Wait in line. But the only thing I need is the dropbox location. You don't expect people to line up to ask where the bathroom is at a restaurant do you?

Rudest customer service ever! I had the worst experience at this store. The person would not answer any of my questions or help out in any way and started yelling at me. I had to leave without sending my mail. Will never go back.
