Don't completely ignore them and expect them to stand in line needlessly. If I needed to ask about how to address the letter, or if I needed extra postage, sure! Wait in line. But the only thing I need is the dropbox location. You don't expect people to line up to ask where the bathroom is at a restaurant do you?
