- RJRosanne JimenezFeb 4, 20265.0I came here from the post office in Bothell which didn't have any flat rate boxes big enough for me to ship my packages of cookies to my family and friends out of town. Even though the post office has multiple sizes of flat rate boxes, both medium and large are literally the same height... Which makes no sense... But we all know it's been that way for a while now, lol. I also have to do my own packages there and write all the information on. It can be to put my own handwriting and special emojis to personal a little and I always come prepared.... But ended up coming to this UPS store in Kenmore and the guy helped me find the right size box because they have WAY more options 🙌 He was very polite, respectful, a great listener and we got everything packaged up pretty quickly! He made sure to ask what size I needed based on whether I needed bubble wrap to protect anything or not (ecause bubble wrap can take up extra space so be ready for that). Shipping apparently is just as fast or faster than USPS so that's great! Sent a picture of the tracking info to my recipients and I'm done. I do love how they put that on the receipt.

He even gave me packing bag(he had extra lying) instead of turning me away for an customer packed item. Employee like him makes me prefer use UPS for all my future shipping needs. Please give him raise for excellent customer service.

To top it off, he threw my large package onto the floor with one hand like trash after accepting it rather than picking it up and setting it down. I asked if he was tired and his response was “yup”. I’ll be visiting the UPS in Kirkland from now on.
