First off, the ladies working the front here are great and they aren't the ones to blame here. The reason for my 1 star and why no one on post should use USPS is because they lost my Christmas package of over 500$. I sent it out Dec 17, 2025 for my family and friends back home. My tracking number STILL pulls up as "in transit" today Feb 5, 2026. I paid for the signature block to ensure correctly delivery, but was unaware I should've bought insurance for this package - not that it would've mattered anyways because I shipped the 500$ receipt in the package with the goods for my family to have. For all of this, their website makes filing a claim difficult, reaching a live human impossible, and emailing someone for a response a hateful experience. When I finally filed a claim all they would reimburse me for was the 5$ signature block. Not the +500$ gifts, not even the 100$ shipping cost I paid. A measly 5$. So when I tried to file another claim they denied. I tried emailing them opening a case - case closed within one day with no updates or response. As a sister government entity I was expecting some level of professionalism, not a bureaucratic nightmare to get what's owed to me. I am NEVER using USPS again and I recommend everyone else on post to use the UPS or FedEx stations on post as well.

Lady at the front desk with black hair is rude to everyone anytime I’ve ever been in there. I dread having to go in every time I go because of her

The staff here possibly the most hostile personnel on all of JBLM I would rather go to CIF daily and get issued my gear then have to ship a package out of this post office. I truly hope Garrison fires these people and replaces them with ones that halfway competent and kind

I’ve been in here a lot lately and I want to give a shout out to Faith. She is always so kind and helpful even if I’m not fully prepared when I show up. I got a receipt in the mail today that I forgot to leave with last time I was there. She went out of her way to send me the receipt in the mail.
